No apology no explanation, when I asked why I got told that they have a party of 100 kids, he then went on to say how this was one of the top 5 pubs in Horley.
I think what he meant to say was that he was one of the worst managers in Horley.
Shall never go back to this place purely because of this rude individual.
If you want abusive rude service with no hope of food then go here, there are plenty of other places that will give you better service even McDonald's givea better service than this poor excuse for a catering establishment.October 27, 2016
