  Good for a one night stay. Room was very basic but was an excellent price. Staff could've been a bit more polite, but not the end of the world. Very close to Gatwick Airport, so if you're staying the night before you travel and would like a cheap room, can definitely recommend.

  My cousins and I traveled from Orlando, Florida, this was the first stop of our European trip. Everyone here was super friendly. The room was really clean, the beds were super comfy (hence the fact that we took a 4 hour nap our first day) lol. A special thanks to John for being so amazing and providing information about the the metro system and things for us to do around city center. We ended our Euro trip here as well. We had dinner and breakfast here as well and it was delicious. Super convenient if you are traveling as it is really close the LGW airport. They also have an airport shuttle which is great, we didn't have to worry about transportation to and from the airport. If I ever return to London this is where I will be staying. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

  A fantastic, friendly service. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need and were clean and comfortable. Staff took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, and I felt taken care of.
